'Post war, a Men of L organization was formed. A Mintues Book included rosters with notes, letters, home addresses and other details. Roster notes continued until 1969. If you believe a soldier is your relative or ancestor, please contact Ron Miller for details.

Company L was formed from Federalizing the Illinois National Guard, Second Infantry, Company L, Chicago.


The Illinois Adjutant General's 1917 Report lists the Second Infantry National Guard soldiers who became Company L soldiers. Some may not have been assigned to Company L, 132nd Infantry, 33rd Division.
